My presentations center around player development individually by position, or collectively as a team and how it shapes winning. I will use my 25 years of working with some of the game’s best players globally at all levels to educate your players on the blueprint of developing a program that will help them exceed their expectations. There will be not only examples of on court work that they can do to improve, but the off the court work that is needed to develop habits and a routine to improve their value. I will share stories of working with Kobe Bryant, and the things he would do to prepare during the off season as well as in season. Being able to learn from Kobe for four years was invaluable to me in the development of players at all levels and will share this with your team.
