This workout will work on your ability to score form different areas on the court. As a point guard you don’t have to have deep range, but you need to be able to consistently knock down 15 foot jump shots to keep the defense honest.
This is one of my earlier Ebooks, concentrating on a Point Guard Workout that would cover all the skill sets needed to develop into a high level PG. The drill covered are pretty simple and straight forward starting with warm up shooting and then progressing into reads and other offensive scenarios.
What I like most of this book is not only it drill oriented, but also there is a lot of time spent talking about the position and what is needed to develop the player. In most, if not all of my books I try to talk the Coach/Player through the book and explain why we do what is printed in the book. I dont think you should want to purchase just a book full of diagrams. This gives you a simple playbook to follow with effective drills that cover various things about being a good offensive point guard.
Everything in this like any other book that I write cane done with players from high school to professional. It covers all game shots that good Point Guards will need to play at a high level.
