This workout will work on your ability to score form different areas on the court. As a point guard you don’t have to have deep range, but you need to be able to consistently knock down 15 foot jump shots to keep the defense honest. You see how point guards like Rajon Rondo sometimes have some issues because defenders play off of him so much because of his inconsistency to make that shot. It doesn’t kill his game but it allows defenders to sag off so they don’t have to guard him 20 feet from the basket and allow him to change speeds and get in the lane.
