In this Ebook I wanted to share with you my thoughts on player development. There are 20 Trillion drills that are on the market to develop players. If you know anything about me and how I teach as well as Develop Players you would know that  in my view, drills are irrelevant. It is much more important as a coach to have presence and know how to correct. Your drills can be as basic as basic can get, but if you know how to correct a player and get them to change from the wrong technique to the correct one you are worth your weight in Gold as A Player Development Coach and Teacher.

To be someone who can develop players at any level you need a philosophy in place in how to develop a specific position if you are a position coach or entire team if you are in charge of their development. You need to look at it not only through what drills are going to be done, but what specifically needs improvement and how you are going to do it step by step. Development is more than moves and drills it is a part of something that can help a team thrive and give your player the ultimate confidence in themselves.

In this book I give you 50 Ideas that I think are important in developing players at any level. There are no drills in this book as they are concepts and skill sets that are VERY important to think about  and develop to be the best in your craft. I hate Playbooks, but in a way this is a Playbook of things that I’ve developed in cultivated in 27 years in Player Development.
